Pacific Grand Rewards Fest from 20th June to 2nd Aug 2026

  1. Pacific Grand Rewards Fest at Pacific Mall, Tagore Garden will commence at 11:00 AM on 20th June 2026 and end at 10:00 PM on 2nd August 2026. To participate in the campaign lucky draw, customers must spend a minimum of Rs 50,000 and upload their bills at Pacific Malls App.

Customer who shops between the campaign dates is eligible for Gift Vouchers and stands a chance to win grand prizes. My Pacific Rewards (MPR) desk timings will be 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM.

  1. Three lucky winners in the mall will be selected through computer-generated program and results will be announced at the end of this campaign. Decision of the management shall be final and binding and no correspondence in this regard will be entertained.
  2. The prizes will be awarded as follows:
  1. The first name generated will receive the 1st prize.
  2. The second name generated will receive the 2nd prize.
  3. The third name generated will receive the 3rd prize

  1. To be eligible for Daily and Weekly Shopping Rewards, customers must upload their purchase bills on the Pacific Malls App within 7 days from the date of purchase.
  2. Highest shopper of the day and week wins exciting gifts/shopping vouchers as per details shared at the MPR desk*.
  3. For the purpose of determining Daily and Weekly Shopping Reward winners, the shopping value accumulated by a customer shall be evaluated for the mall.
  4. Shopping values accrued across multiple Pacific Malls cannot be combined or aggregated for eligibility towards Daily or Weekly Shopping Rewards.
  5. Duplicate, manual, incomplete, altered, forged, tampered, or illegible bills shall be deemed invalid and rejected. Manual bills will not be accepted under any circumstances. 
  6. Purchases made from CDIT categories/brands, including luxury watches, jewelry, home furnishings, and electronics, shall be considered at 50% of the actual bill value. Accordingly, only 50% of the bill amount from such purchases will be considered for determining eligibility and rankings under the campaign
  7. During the campaign, customers can earn up to 2x points on each shopping bill. 
    1. Bills/invoices dated Monday to Friday, once uploaded on the application, will earn 2x points pertaining to their membership slab. Example
      1. Insider members: 10% (instead of 5%)
      2. Influencers: 14% (instead of 7%)
    2. Bills/invoices dated Saturday and Sunday will earn 1.5x points. Example
      1. Insider members: 7.5% (instead of 5%)
      2. Influencers: 10.5% (instead of 7%)
    3. Shopping bill uploaded during this campaign from CDIT brands will only be eligible to get 2% irrespective of any slab/mall or dates.
    1. Any taxes, duties, levies, or other statutory liabilities arising from the acceptance or receipt of any prize shall be borne solely by the winner.
    2. All prizes are non-transferable to a third party and are not exchangeable once issued. 
    1. The decision of the management in relation to the campaign, including but not limited to participant eligibility, prize allocation, winner selection, and interpretation of these Terms & Conditions, shall be final and binding, and no correspondence or disputes in this regard shall be entertained.
    2. In case of any dispute with regards to this contest or terms & conditions of the campaign, the management’s decision will be final, and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. 
    3. Disputes, if any are subject to Delhi Jurisdiction only. 
    4. Other general terms & conditions are applicable. 
    5. Gifts and vouchers are subject to availability.
    6. Individual brand's terms & conditions are applicable on vouchers. 
    1. All gifts have to be collected by shoppers, no proxies are allowed to collect the gifts. 
    2. Invoices/membership account shopping amount of family members cannot be clubbed for gifts.
    3. Customers will not be allowed to split bills in any of the shopping carts. Only clubbing of bills will be entertained. Any customer who violates these terms and conditions and is willing to split bills will be disqualified from participating in the campaign.
    4. To avail daily gifts, bills of any date apart from the campaign will not be accepted.
    5. Jewelry instalment receipt will not be accepted only final product bill will be evaluated for the points and campaigns prizes.
