Terms & Conditions – Shop & Win Summer Edit

- The Shop & Win Summer Edit at Pacific Mall Tagore Garden will commence at 11:00 AM on 1st April 2026 and conclude at 10:00 PM on 30th April 2026.To participate in the campaign lucky draw, customers must upload their bills on the Pacific Malls App. Any customer who shops during the campaign period is eligible for vouchers/gifts*.
- My Pacific Rewards (MPR) desk will operate from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. This is valid only for customers who have downloaded the application and are uploading genuine bills.
- Five (5) lucky winners from the mall will be selected through a computer-generated program, and the results will be announced at the end of the campaign. The decision of the management shall be final and binding.
Note: Images shown on social media or in marketing materials are for illustrative purposes only.
- Five (5) lucky winners win mega shopping from Shakuntlam Xclusif at the end of the campaign in the mall.
- Daily and weekly lucky winners will receive assured gifts/vouchers. Bills for daily lucky winners must be uploaded on the app on the same day as the bill date.
- Daily and weekly lucky winners will be announced every week.
- Customers will receive instant gratification (valet voucher/shopping voucher/gift) once during the campaign duration in the mall for their first shopping instance, provided the bill is uploaded on the same day.
- Instant gratification will be applicable on a minimum shopping amount of Rs. 1000 or more (bills can be clubbed).
- Bills for daily and weekly lucky winners must be uploaded within 7 days of the bill date on the Pacific Malls App.
- Duplicate, manual, incomplete, tampered, or altered bills will be rejected. Manual bills will not be accepted.
- Bills dated outside the campaign period will not be accepted for daily gifts/vouchers.
- CDIT brands will be considered at 50% of the bill value for the campaign Shopping bills for CDIT products like luxury items such as watches, jewelry, home furnishing and electronics will only be accounted for 50% of the bill value.
- In case of gift distribution, the TDS rate will be collected from winner on the purchase value of gift as applicable under Section 194R of the Income Tax Act at every time, irrespective of the income tax bracket of the winner. The TDS rate will be higher if winner has no Permanent Account Number (PAN).
- In case of lucky draw/quiz show/games/betting, the TDS rate will be as applicable under Section 194B of the Income Tax Act. All prizes are subject to Indian tax laws and are in- compliance with prevailing laws and regulations. Any tax liability arising from the prize won shall be borne by the winner alone.
- Applicable TDS Amount needs to be paid by the customer before collecting the gifts /vouchers by RTGS/ DD / NEFT addressed to the Pacific Group.
- All gifts/vouchers are non-transferable to a third party and are not exchangeable once issued.
- Gifts/vouchers are subject to availability.
- Individual brand terms & conditions apply to vouchers/gifts.
- All gifts/vouchers must be collected by the winners themselves. No proxy collections will be allowed.
- Each customer is eligible for only one gift/voucher per mall during the entire campaign duration.
- Customers must retain their original bills to claim prizes. Failure to provide proof will result in disqualification from receiving prizes or vouchers.
- Other general terms & conditions apply.
- A member cannot have more than one account. Only one mobile number per member will be considered as an authentic account.
- Shopping amounts from multiple Pacific Malls cannot be combined for daily prizes.
- Shopping amounts from family members cannot be combined for claiming gifts/vouchers.
- Customers are not allowed to split bills. Only clubbing of bills is permitted. Any violation of this rule will lead to disqualification from the campaign.
- Jewelry installment receipts will not be accepted. Only the final product bill will be considered for points and campaign prizes.
- Pacific employees, retailers, staff, and their family members are not eligible to participate in any Pacific Group campaign.
- All winners must present their stamped or MPR team-signed bills along with a valid government-issued photo ID to collect their gifts/vouchers.
- A photograph of the winner receiving the gift will be taken as proof. Pacific reserves the right to use these photographs for promotional purposes, including social media and newspapers.
- Pacific will not be responsible for any product upgrades, replacements, or changes.
- The management’s decision will be final and conclusive in all matters, and no correspondence will be entertained. The management reserves the right to withdraw the campaign at any time without prior notice or liability.
- In case of any dispute regarding the contest or its terms & conditions, the management’s decision shall be final and binding.
- All disputes, if any, are subject to Delhi jurisdiction only.

My Pacific Rewards - Terms & Conditions
- Open to individuals aged 18 or above.
- There is no membership fee for registration to My Pacific Rewards.
- Member’s mobile phone number would be his/her unique identification number for the membership.
- A member cannot have more than 1 account. One number per member will be considered authentic account.
- All details are mandatory for registration in the program. My Pacific Rewards assures complete privacy of your personal data and your mobile number. It will not be shared with anyone without permission.
- Maximum issue of vouchers will of Rs 10,000 in a day for a particular customer and any customer can avail maximum vouchers of Rs. 3,000 of one brand in a month.
- Complimentary vouchers will be at sole discretion of Pacific malls which can be changed without information.
- The customer needs to show / send bills latest of last 7 days. Bill prior 7 days will not be considered.
- Bills will be evaluated within 72 hours.
- Once you have reserved the voucher, collect them within 4 days after that system can cancel the reserved voucher anytime.
- Upon successful Registration to My Pacific Rewards, members accept that the membership is governed by these term & conditions and may be amended from time to time.
- Once the vouchers have been issued from MPR desk will not be taken back in any manner.
- My Pacific Reward will not be held responsible for any terms & conditions issued by stores.
- There will be exciting redemption offers for reward points on a time to time basis. Current program structure is tier based and the customer will be upgraded to tiers based on cumulative purchase.
- Members can earn or redeem their points at any Pacific Malls.
- Your slab will be evaluated as per the parent mall. Parent mall is defined by the first bill uploaded location. Example If you have uploaded first bill in your account from Pacific Tagore garden, your parent mall will be allocated Pacific Tagore garden, however if you shop next from Pacific Dwarka D21 then your points will be evaluated as per Dwarka mall slab. Once you cross the accrual stage then the earned points will be clubbed with the cumulative usable points.
- Shopping bills from CDIT brands such as premium watches, jewelry, home category and furnishing, electronics will only be accounted for 2% of the bill value across membership slab. (Example – If Influencer member submit bill worth Rs 20000 of Croma, his earned points will be 2% of 20000 instead of 7%)
- Jewellery instalment receipt will not be accepted only final product bill will be evaluated for the points.
- The membership points, benefits and privileges are non-transferable and may only be used by the member.
- Benefit will only be evaluated as per parent mall.
- Points of different members cannot be clubbed.
- Gifts and vouchers are subject to availability.
- My Pacific Rewards does not make any representation or warranty as to quality or suitability of the gifts/ rewards in any manner.
- My Pacific Reward management will not be held responsible for any transactions made on a lost or stolen membership.
- My Pacific Rewards management reserves the right to cancel the membership or to cancel or amend any provision offered as part of the My Pacific Reward at any time without prior notice.
- My Pacific Rewards shall not be liable for points which were accumulated inaccurately as a result of technical malfunctions, operator fault, member misconduct or any reason beyond the control of My Pacific Reward.
- The use of My Pacific Reward and associated benefits are deemed to be and acceptance of My Pacific Rewards terms and conditions.
- The management reserves the right to terminate the membership with all points forfeited without prior notice. If the member: -
- Breaches any membership terms and conditions.
- Behaves in an unruly manner while in Pacific Mall premises.
- Member found collecting bills from the store.
- Uploading any other customer bill.
- Having multiple MPR accounts
- Tries to collect voucher on behalf of some other customer
- My Pacific Reward reserves the right to amend benefits and privileges, terms & conditions of this agreement and benefits from time to time without prior notice. The decision of management shall be final and conclusive in the event of any dispute.
- Members can check for their points in the mobile application under “Reward” section.
- Membership constitutes permission for My Pacific Reward to use the customer’s name and comments for promotional purposes in any media without any compensation whatsoever.
- My Pacific Reward shall not be liable for any loss over damage whatsoever that may be suffered or any personal injury that may be caused as a result of participation in the program or using the points/gift/rewards.
- Retailers and their staff are not allowed to enrol themselves as member.
- Only member is entitled to collect vouchers from MPR desk by showing government photo ID proof. Vouchers will only be provided if the ID details matches with details provided to the My Pacific Reward Program which includes (Name and Photo).
