My Pacific Rewards - Terms & Conditions
Terms & Conditions - Diwali
Campaign from 22nd Sept to 26th Oct 2025
Diwali 2025 at Pacific Mall, Tagore Garden, Pacific Mall NSP- Pitampura, Pacific Outlet Mall, Jasola, Pacific Mall Dehradun, The Mall of Faridabad, Pacific Mall Faridabad, Mall of Dehradun will commence at 11:00 AM on 22nd Sept 2025 and end at 10:00 PM on 26th Oct 2025. To participate in the campaign lucky draw, customer must spend a minimum of Rs 50,000 and upload their bills at Pacific Malls App.
Any customer who shops between the campaign dates is eligible for
Gift Vouchers and stands a chance to win grand prizes. My Pacific Rewards
(MPR) desk timings will be 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
1. Three lucky
winners in each mall will be selected through computer-generated program and
results will be announced at the end of this campaign. Decision of the
management shall be final and binding.
2.
The prizes will
be awarded as follows:
1. The first name generated will receive the
1st prize.
2. The second name generated will receive the
2nd prize.
3. The third name generated will receive the 3rd prize

3. Bill
for daily shopping winners to be uploaded within 7 days of the bill date over Pacific
Malls App.
4. Customers will receive instant gratification (Valet voucher/ shopping voucher/gift)once during the CTA duration in each mall for first shopping (on the same day as the bill date, once the bill is uploaded on the app).
5. Instant
gratification will be given on shopping amount of Rs1000 or more(bills can be
clubbed)
6. Highest
shopper of the day wins exciting gifts/shopping vouchers as per details shared
at the MPR desk*.
7. Highest
Shopper of the week wins exciting gifts/shopping vouchers as per details shared
at the MPR desk*.
8. For
the daily highest shopper evaluation, each mall's shopping amount will be
considered separately for the customer.
9. Shopping
amounts from multiple Pacific Malls cannot be combined for daily prizes.
10. Duplicate,
manual, incomplete, tampered and altered bills will be rejected. No manual bills
will be accepted.
11.
CDIT brands will
be considered at 50% of the bill value for the campaign evaluation. Shopping bills of CDIT products like luxury items
such as watches, jewellery, home furnishing and electronics will only be
accounted for 50% of the bill value.
12.
During the
campaign, customers can earn upto 2x points on each shopping bill.
a. Bills/invoices dated Monday to Friday, once uploaded on the application, will earn 2x points pertaining to their membership slab. Example
i.
Insider members:
10% (instead of 5%)
ii.
Influencers: 14%
(instead of 7%)
b.
Bills/invoices dated
Saturday and Sunday will earn 1.5x points. Example
i.
Insider members:
7.5% (instead of 5%)
ii.
Influencers:
10.5% (instead of 7%)
c. Shopping bill uploaded during this campaign from CDIT brands will only be eligible to get 2% irrespective of any slab/mall or dates.
13.
In case of gift
distribution, the TDS rate will be collected from winner on the purchase value
of gift as applicable under Section 194R of the Income Tax Act at every time,
irrespective of the income tax bracket of the winner. The TDS rate will be
higher if winner has no Permanent Account Number (PAN).
14.
In case of lucky
draw/quiz show/games/betting, the TDS rate will be as applicable under Section
194B of the Income Tax Act. All prizes are subject to Indian tax laws and are
in compliance with prevailing laws and regulations. Any tax liability arising
from the prize won shall be borne by the winner alone.
15.
Applicable TDS
Amount needs to be paid by the customer before collecting the gifts /vouchers by
RTGS/ DD / NEFT addressed to the Pacific Group.
16.
Customer is
liable to pay the RTO and Insurance charges whatever applicable.
17.
All prizes are
non-transferable to a third party and are not exchangeable once issued.
18.
Employees of
PDCL/PMSPL and other Pacific Group divisions, mall tenants, and their families
are not eligible to participate in the campaign.
19.
The decision of
management is final and conclusive in all circumstances and no correspondence
will be entertained. The management reserves the exclusive rights, to withdraw
the campaign with immediate effect by announcement of the same without any
liability in respect thereof.
20.
In case of any
dispute with regards to this contest or terms & conditions of the
campaign, the management’s decision will be
final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
21.
Disputes, if any
are subject to Delhi Jurisdiction only.
22.
Other general
terms & conditions are applicable.
23.
Gifts and
vouchers are subject to availability.
24.
Assembling of any
product will be borne by the customer.
25.
Individual
brand's terms & conditions are applicable on vouchers.
26. Daily winners
will be announced every week.
27. Customers are
required to retain the bill to claim prizes. No proof would ascertain no prize.
28. All gifts have to be collected by shoppers, no
proxies are allowed to collect the gifts.
29. Invoices/membership account shopping amount of
family members cannot be clubbed for gifts.
30. Customers will not be allowed to split bills
in any of the shopping carts. Only clubbing of bills will be entertained. Any
customer who violates these terms and conditions and is willing to split bills
will be disqualified from participating in the campaign.
31. To avail daily gifts, bills of any date apart
from the campaign will not be accepted.
32. Jewelry instalment receipt will not be accepted only final product bill will be evaluated for the points and campaigns prizes.
33. All
the winners will have to show their bills and Government photo ID proof to
collect the gifts.
34. Pacific will not
be responsible for any upgradation, replacement or change of the products and vehicle.
35. Each customer is
eligible for only one gift/voucher per mall during the entire campaign duration
36. A photo of the
winner receiving the gift will be taken as proof of gift handover. Pacific reserves
the right to take photos of the winner, which may be used on: social media,
newspaper etc.

- Open to individuals aged 18 or above.
- There is no membership fee for registration to My Pacific Rewards.
- Member’s mobile phone number would be his/her unique identification number for the membership.
- A member cannot have more than 1 account. One number per member will be considered authentic account.
- All details are mandatory for registration in the program. My Pacific Rewards assures complete privacy of your personal data and your mobile number. It will not be shared with anyone without permission.
- Maximum issue of vouchers will of Rs 10,000 in a day for a particular customer and any customer can avail maximum vouchers of Rs. 3,000 of one brand in a month.
- Complimentary vouchers will be at sole discretion of Pacific malls which can be changed without information.
- The customer needs to show / send bills latest of last 7 days. Bill prior 7 days will not be considered.
- Bills will be evaluated within 72 hours.
- Once you have reserved the voucher, collect them within 4 days after that system can cancel the reserved voucher anytime.
- Upon successful Registration to My Pacific Rewards, members accept that the membership is governed by these term & conditions and may be amended from time to time.
- Once the vouchers have been issued from MPR desk will not be taken back in any manner.
- My Pacific Reward will not be held responsible for any terms & conditions issued by stores.
- There will be exciting redemption offers for reward points on a time to time basis. Current program structure is tier based and the customer will be upgraded to tiers based on cumulative purchase.
- Members can earn or redeem their points at any Pacific Malls.
- Your slab will be evaluated as per the parent mall. Parent mall is defined by the first bill uploaded location. Example If you have uploaded first bill in your account from Pacific Tagore garden, your parent mall will be allocated Pacific Tagore garden, however if you shop next from Pacific Dwarka D21 then your points will be evaluated as per Dwarka mall slab. Once you cross the accrual stage then the earned points will be clubbed with the cumulative usable points.
- Shopping bills from CDIT brands such as premium watches, jewelry, home category and furnishing, electronics will only be accounted for 2% of the bill value across membership slab. (Example – If Influencer member submit bill worth Rs 20000 of Croma, his earned points will be 2% of 20000 instead of 7%)
- Jewellery instalment receipt will not be accepted only final product bill will be evaluated for the points.
- The membership points, benefits and privileges are non-transferable and may only be used by the member.
- Benefit will only be evaluated as per parent mall.
- Points of different members cannot be clubbed.
- Gifts and vouchers are subject to availability.
- My Pacific Rewards does not make any representation or warranty as to quality or suitability of the gifts/ rewards in any manner.
- My Pacific Reward management will not be held responsible for any transactions made on a lost or stolen membership.
- My Pacific Rewards management reserves the right to cancel the membership or to cancel or amend any provision offered as part of the My Pacific Reward at any time without prior notice.
- My Pacific Rewards shall not be liable for points which were accumulated inaccurately as a result of technical malfunctions, operator fault, member misconduct or any reason beyond the control of My Pacific Reward.
- The use of My Pacific Reward and associated benefits are deemed to be and acceptance of My Pacific Rewards terms and conditions.
- The management reserves the right to terminate the membership with all points forfeited without prior notice. If the member: -
- Breaches any membership terms and conditions.
- Behaves in an unruly manner while in Pacific Mall premises.
- Member found collecting bills from the store.
- Uploading any other customer bill.
- Having multiple MPR accounts
- Tries to collect voucher on behalf of some other customer
- My Pacific Reward reserves the right to amend benefits and privileges, terms & conditions of this agreement and benefits from time to time without prior notice. The decision of management shall be final and conclusive in the event of any dispute.
- Members can check for their points in the mobile application under “Reward” section.
- Membership constitutes permission for My Pacific Reward to use the customer’s name and comments for promotional purposes in any media without any compensation whatsoever.
- My Pacific Reward shall not be liable for any loss over damage whatsoever that may be suffered or any personal injury that may be caused as a result of participation in the program or using the points/gift/rewards.
- Retailers and their staff are not allowed to enrol themselves as member.
- Only member is entitled to collect vouchers from MPR desk by showing government photo ID proof. Vouchers will only be provided if the ID details matches with details provided to the My Pacific Reward Program which includes (Name and Photo).
